TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Airlingo platform (webapp), both by employees and company representatives, as well as the associated payment models.

2. Registration and access

  • Access to the content requires a personal user account, created by Airlingo based on information provided by the user or their company.

  • Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Each account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.

3. Permitted use

  • The platform is intended exclusively for professional training in customer service and language skills.

  • Users may not use Airlingo for unlawful purposes, unauthorized commercial use, or through automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.).

4. Roles and functionalities

  • Employees access interactive content and simulations for training purposes.

  • Managers access a dashboard to monitor employee progress.

  • Airlingo reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or content at any time without prior notice, while striving to maintain service continuity.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • By default, access is contracted and paid directly by the company through a commercial agreement.

  • In specific cases (e.g., Azerbaijan), payment may be made directly by employees through a recurring monthly subscription.

  • The duration and conditions of the subscription will be pre-established with the company.

  • Airlingo is not responsible for issues arising from external payment systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content (text, videos, simulations, training materials, design, and source code) is the property of Airlingo or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more information.

 

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Airlingo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

Airlingo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. In no case shall Airlingo’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user or the company in the 12 months preceding the incident.

 

10. Modifications

Airlingo may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless another resolution method is expressly agreed upon.
